What it does

Your own areas and tables moving through seated, ordered, ready and bill asked, so you can see at a glance which have been waiting.
A kitchen screen that reads across a room
Tickets by station, oldest first, ageing on their own, with allergy notes in red and never truncated.
Send a round without re-sending the food
Only what the kitchen has not already seen goes. Add drinks to a table mid-service and the mains are not cooked twice.

The kitchen marks something unavailable at this location and the till stops selling it immediately — without touching your other branches.
A table, end to end
- Open the table from the floor plan and ring up the order.
- Send it — kitchen items to the kitchen, bar items to the bar.
- The pass marks each item started, then ready.
- Add a round later; only the new items are sent.
- Settle the bill across as many payments as the table needs.
How it works
- Station routing
- Counter, kitchen or bar recorded against each product, and orders go to the right one.
- Refreshes itself
- The kitchen screen polls rather than holding a socket open, because a socket that dies quietly leaves a board that looks fine and is twenty minutes stale.
- A sent line cannot vanish
- Once the kitchen has been told, the till cannot quietly remove it — or the food is made and nothing is charged for it.

The kitchen screen is built; printing to a thermal printer is not.
Course and fire timing
Not built, and not planned. If you need starters held until mains are ready, we are not the right till for you yet.

Questions
- Does it print kitchen tickets?
- It shows them. There is a kitchen screen; printing to a thermal kitchen printer is not built, so you need a tablet or a spare phone on the pass.
- Can I split a bill by seat?
- Not yet. A bill can be paid in as many parts as the table needs, but dragging items onto separate bills is not built.
