Unlimited locations, staff and tills; tables and recipe-level food cost; the full report set including margin and exception reporting; stock counts, movements and wastage; loyalty, promotions, WhatsApp receipts and messaging; API access; and support from a person — within published fair-use limits. Integrated card acceptance is included as soon as it goes live, at no extra cost.

Business includes every capability we have built. It is not unlimited infrastructure, and we would rather publish the ceilings than surprise you with them: up to 100 locations, 200 000 API calls a month, 25 GB of images and attachments, and 25 scheduled reports. These are technical limits that keep the service quick for everybody, not sales limits — if you need more, it is a conversation, not an upgrade.
Card machines, merchant transaction fees, connectivity and any provider charges are separate and billed by those providers. WhatsApp messages are billed to you by Meta, because the WhatsApp Business Account is yours and your own business name is the sender.
We never cap the number of sales you ring up, on either plan. Your records and your exports are always available, whatever you pay us.
R449 is the total you pay. Whether your invoice carries a VAT line depends on our own VAT registration status when the invoice is issued, and each invoice states which applies. We do not add VAT on top of the advertised price, and we do not display a VAT number we do not hold.
Upgrading takes effect immediately and you pay the difference for the days left in the month. Downgrading takes effect at your next renewal, because you have already paid for the current month — and if your setup is bigger than the smaller plan allows, we show you exactly what to resolve first rather than switching things off underneath you.
You keep access to your history, your exports and your ability to refund an earlier sale — permanently, on any plan, in any state. Those are not features we can withdraw. What pauses is the paid capabilities.
Card machine hardware, merchant transaction fees, SMS, connectivity and any provider charges are separate and billed by those providers. We will always tell you which costs are ours and which are not.
